About Christi

Born and raised in the great PNW, I graduated from Bainbridge High School and went on to the University of Washington where I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications.

I had a successful career in corporate event production, raised two amazing kids, volunteered countless hours, and raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for different non-profit organizations.

As a working mother with two young children, I struggled mightily to balance my family and my work. Often, I would wake up short of breath, already anxious about the coming day. I was constantly multi-tasking and not doing a good job at anything. I wanted to be the supportive and loving partner to my husband who was building his own business. I wanted to be the creative and loving mother. I wanted to be the super-star professional.  I just couldn’t do it. I was miserable.

I wish I had a life coach at that point. Someone to guide me and help me to tap into my gifts, my goals, my dreams. Years have passed now and through professional help, personal self development, and a loving supportive husband I now live a different life. Yes, life can be very difficult, however now I know myself and I have tools that I use to cope. I know my own super powers and I use them every day in my own life.

I earned my coaching certification through Seattle Life Coach Training.

When I’m not coaching, I can be found swimming with friends in the pool or the Salish Sea, tending my garden, or traveling. I am a wife, mother of two young adults, and a sister, among many other roles in my life. I’ve been married to my college sweetheart Todd for close to 30 years. We live in Edmonds, Washington.
